LWT proudly celebrated 21 remarkable years of innovation, growth, and commitment to excellence, marking a significant milestone in the company’s journey. The grand celebration brought together more than 350 employees from across the organization, reflecting the unity, passion, and collective spirit that have driven LWT’s success over the past two decades.
The event was filled with enthusiasm and pride, creating an atmosphere that honored both the company’s achievements and the people behind them. A special Rewards & Recognition ceremony was conducted to acknowledge the invaluable contributions of LWT’s dedicated associates who have played a key role in shaping the organization’s journey.
As part of the celebrations and in appreciation of long-standing commitment:
- Employees contributing to administration activities were presented with Electric Vehicles as a token of recognition for their dedication and impact.
- Associates who completed 15 years of service were rewarded with an international family vacation, celebrating their loyalty and continued commitment to the organization.
In line with LWT’s strong culture of social responsibility, the team also spent meaningful time with children at Lebenshelf, reinforcing the company’s commitment to creating a positive impact beyond business.
