DPWCS establishes a RF link between the Lead and Remote Locomotive(s). The Lead Locomotive gains Wireless Control over the entire consist. This enables distribution of power along the train which enhances hauling capacity, fuel efficiency, train safety, allows quicker brake pipe charging and more efficient operation. We have successfully designed and delivered Distributed Power Wireless Control Systems for WAG7 locomotives, Distributed Power Wireless Control Systems for WAG9 locomotives, EF9K locomotives as well as DPWCS for WDG3 and WDG4 locomotives to the Indian Railways.
